The Episode 1 of Chak Dhoom Dhoom on 30th April, 2010 begins with Pravesh Rana as host and he welcomed all saying that its one of the the biggest dancing show for kids on Indian Television. Later on there was an introduction of Judges - Saroj Khan (Dance ki Mahaguru), Ahmed Khan (New Age Choreographer) and Vindu Dara Singh(Janta Ka Chaheta). Then some dance clippings of aspirants from 6 Audition Venues (Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Kolkata, Bhopal, Delhi).

Kolkata Audtions venue was flooded with aspirants and their parents from Kolkata and nearby cities and state.

Saroj Khan will send only those kids to Mumbai who are P3 – means perfect in Dance, perfect in technique and perfect in expression, where as Ahmed will give friendship band and Vindu will give blessings to the outstanding performers in Kolkata Auditions of Chak Dhoom Dhoom.

The 10 year old Priyanka Topadar from Kolkata performed on 'Mere Dholna Sun Mere Pyar Ki Dhun' in .
It was a fully loaded performance by Priyanka, Saroj Khan gave her P3 while Ahemd Khan gave her friendship band to see her again in Mumbai.

Susanket Mishra (6 years) from Bhubaneswar -Loves kik boxing and dancing a lot. He was good in classical but not in western. Ahmed declined him as his hip hop postures were not as required. He promised that he will be back in season 2.

Babechana (7 years) from Darjeeling looked like a baby doll. She performed on Aaja Nachle Nachle Mere Yaar Tu Nachle song . They all praised her performance but called her in next season.

Cyrus Wong (11 years) from Mangalore performed on Saawariya song and was given ticket to Mumbai to perform in next level.

Swasti Nitya (6 years) from Bhagalpur performed on Taare Zameen Par. It was one of the best performance by 6 year old. Even my tears came out on seeing her performance. Judges gave her a standing ovation. She was Saroj’s P3 and received friendship band from Ahmed.

Later on there were performances by Akshat Singh ( years) from Howarh on 'paisa - paisa karti hai' and Rishika Saria (9 years) from Kolkata on 'Tadap Tadap ke is dil se'. Rishika Saria though was good in expression but her performance lacks dancing. She was rejected by judges.

There was a stunning performance by Yanvi Prashan (10 years) from Rourkela. She had a Backbone problem. Judges praised her efforts and Ahmed gave him a friendship band but didn't invited her to Mumbai.

The episode last performer Viren Raj Baraik (12 years) from Ranchi He is from a tribal family. He performed on 'Jai ho' and was no doubt an outstanding performance.
